Already bought an air conditioner? Let our accredited team install it correctly, safely and neatly — with no upfront payment. This professional installation-only service is designed for a standard back-to-back installation of one split air conditioner supplied by you.

Your standard installation includes:

• Up to 3 metres of interconnecting copper piping and communication cable

• A standard outdoor-unit wall bracket

• Condensate drainage piping to the nearest suitable discharge point

• One standard wall penetration where the indoor and outdoor units are mounted back-to-back

• Correct pipe flaring, electrical interconnection and secure mounting of both units

• Vacuum testing to remove air and moisture from the refrigeration lines

• System commissioning, temperature testing and an operating demonstration

• Clean-up of the immediate work area after installation

• Two-year Blue Line Air workmanship guarantee on the completed installation

What is not included:

• The indoor or outdoor air-conditioning unit — you supply the complete working unit and its remote

• Extra piping or decorative trunking beyond the standard 3 metres; these are measured and quoted on-site at R280 per metre

• A new electrical supply, isolator, circuit breaker, DB-board work or an electrician's certificate

• Core drilling through reinforced concrete, unusually thick walls or specialist structural work

• Scaffolding, cherry-picker hire, roof work or other difficult-access equipment

• Refrigerant repairs, regassing, replacement parts, relocation of an existing unit or repairs to a faulty customer-supplied aircon

Any non-standard work is explained and priced for your approval before we continue. The R2,750 rate covers one standard installation up to the limits above.
